- Legal obligation: invoicing, accounting, tax compliance, administrative or legal requirements.

5. Providers and third parties
We may share data with providers that help us operate our services: hosting, cloud infrastructure, email, analytics, support, automation, payment gateways, app stores, development tools, AI services, legal/tax advisors and platforms integrated by the user or client.
These providers may only process the data to deliver the corresponding service and in accordance with appropriate contracts, policies or safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
InfinyAI may work with providers located in different countries, including the United States and countries within the European Economic Area. Where it is necessary to transfer data outside the EEA, we will apply mechanisms recognized by applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, technical measures, contractual commitments or equivalent safeguards.
7. Data retention
We will retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, including:

8. Users' rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction of processing, portability, withdrawal of consent and the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions with legal effects where applicable.
To exercise your rights, email info@infinyai.com stating the right you wish to exercise and the information needed to identify your request. We may request additional information to verify your identity.
If you are in Spain or the European Union, you may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) where applicable.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No system is absolutely invulnerable, but we work to maintain a level of security proportionate to the type of data and to the service provided.
10. Cookies and analytics
This website uses only the technical storage needed to work. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and no social network pixels, which is why you will not see a consent banner.
To learn which pages are of interest we use Umami, an analytics tool hosted on our own server (analytics.infinyai.com). It sets no cookies, builds no advertising profiles and does not store your IP address. It records the page visited and its title, where you came from, the country, region and approximate city, the language, the browser, the operating system, the device type and the screen resolution, and it counts clicks on the contact buttons (WhatsApp, book a call, email), on the chat assistant and on the links that lead to other websites (the published work and technofuturenow.com). To tell one visit from another it derives an irreversible identifier from those technical details: it cannot be used to identify you or follow you across other websites. The information stays on our server, is not shared with third parties, and the legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The chat assistant stores three markers in the tab itself (session storage, which is not a cookie): whether you have already opened it, whether you have closed it and whether its notice has already been shown, so it is not repeated. They are erased when you close the tab, they never travel to any server — not even ours — and they cannot be used to identify you.
The home page with the 3D animation loads a graphics library (three.js) from a public CDN, cdn.jsdelivr.net. When that file is downloaded, that provider sees your IP address and browser details, as happens with any file served by a third party; it sets no cookies and receives no other data about your visit. The rest of the website is served from our own server.
10 bis. Chat assistant
This website includes an automated chat assistant. What you type (or dictate, if you use the microphone) is sent to an artificial intelligence provider (OpenRouter and the model selected at the time) solely to generate the reply, together with excerpts of the public content of this website. Conversations are not stored on our systems or linked to your identity; only the cost of each query is counted. Do not enter personal data in the chat: the assistant does not need it and, if you want us to contact you, use WhatsApp, email or the call booking.
11. Children
Our corporate services are not specifically directed to children. If we detect that data of a minor has been submitted without valid authorization, we may delete it or block its processing.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical or business changes. The version in force will always be available on this page, stating the date of the last update.
